WWWhatsup Department S Pins
Department S was a cool UK post-mod band who had a hit on Stiff Recs with "Is Vic There?" in the early 80's, but then broke up before releasing an an album. Member Vaughn Toulouse, for whom Better Badges had earlier printed a fanzine, went on to found the influential Wag Club, before dieing ridiculously early in 1991. The album finally did come out on CD in 2003.
